It has amazing garden and red rock views with its own covered patio and fire pit. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, garden and red rock views and a bathroom right across the hall. The family room has a very comfortable queen-sized sofa bed. Every room has views of red rocks and gardens. Both bathrooms are completely new with high-end materials. The master bathroom also has beautiful views and privacy shades. The windows of both bedrooms and the family room have shades to give you full privacy when you need it. Both bedrooms have light-blocking drapes. Pool Please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-in if you would like the pool heated. It takes time to heat up and we want to ensure it is ready when you get there. Pool Heating: $100/day: Nov 1st - March 31st $65/day: April 1st - Oct 31st Pool Rules: 1. No running by the pool. 2. No walking on the pool cover as it will rip. Guests will be liable for any damage done to the pool cover. 3. Swim at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, drownings, or death. 4. Please keep an eye on all children around the pool. 5. No diving. 6. No food in the pool and no breakable glasses/dishes in the pool area. Only use dishes that have been provided for pool area use. 7. Children must wear swim diaper at all times if not potty trained 8. Quiet hours 9pm-9am (please be extra courteous when swimming at night and keep noise levels down).
