Beach Front Condo right on Copacabana beach! We want to make sure everyone is comfortable in our cozy furnished place. With perfect views of the beach and nearby sugarloaf and Christ the Redeemer statue, its the perfect location for anyone visiting Rio De Janeiro This place has 24 hour security and Doorman. The place is yours to enjoy. washer/dryer, kitchen, TV with DVD player and our favorite movies, Wifi internet throughout and..of course the views. This is a non smoking residence You can access the whole place. your key will be provided to you by the doorman next door 24/7 I am available 24/7 email me at erikfgagon@hotmail.com for quickest responses The Place is right on Avenida Atlantica strip in Copacabana which boasts the best restaurants, beach, the Sugarloaf, etc. The restaurant right outside the place is VERY GOOD! i use UBER more than anything, the taxis and local buses are also very cheap and available right outside the place Make sure and check out the nearby attractions, hiking, beaches, etc. i am more than happy to give suggestions to help with your itinerary. This is a non smoking residence

The apartment was very clean and high-quality and the door staff were very helpful. Location is great.
Host was very responsive and helpful. Place was easy to locate and near the beach, and has lots of restaurants in the area - perfect for the busy hustle during new years when we spent it there. All kitchen amenities were in good condition, liked that the refrigerator was turned on when we arrived. It was also safe since there is security and cameras 24/7. Did not give it a perfect 5/5 because the area near the bathroom smells. Bought disinfectant spray but the smell still lingers. Aircon was not sufficient enough to cool the whole place. And the wattage of electricity is low, my steamer does not function on how it should be.

Amamos o apartamento, a localização, a vista, o atendimento do Erikson e rapidez quando foi preciso, todos que nos apoiaram na estadia, Lili e João foram prestativos e solicitos, voltaremos com certeza!

Amamos a hospedagem , localização perfeita atravessou a rua já estava na praia sem contar com diversos restaurante de todos os gostos próximos , mercado , mc donald's muito bom. Além de tudo isso o apartamento é muito aconchegante e grande assim como mostra as fotos. O atendimento do Erikson , sempre muito rápido e educado nos orientou em tudo e não tivemos nenhuma dúvida com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Tive uma experiência incrível nesse apartamento em Copacabana! O local é exatamente como nas fotos: moderno, super limpo e muito bem decorado. A cama é super confortável e o ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente, o que faz toda a diferença no Rio. A localização não poderia ser melhor, pertinho da praia, com fácil acesso a mercados, bares e restaurantes. Me senti super segura na região e o prédio também é bem estruturado. O anfitrião foi atencioso do início ao fim, sempre disponível para dúvidas e muito educado. Recomendo demais e, com certeza, voltarei quando estiver no Rio!
My stay at Erik’s place was phenomenal. After three other Airbnb hosts canceled on me, Erik truly came through—despite the inconvenience of a last-minute booking that required him to arrange an urgent cleaning. He still welcomed me with generosity and flexibility, and I’m incredibly grateful. The location is unbeatable—right across from the beach, with restaurants and stores just steps away. Security is also top-notch, which gave me extra peace of mind and they were not overbearing. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again, Erik!
El departamento es muy hermoso, excelente ubicación, una vista incomparable de la playa. Había farmacia, supermercado y restaurante cerca. Erik siempre atento y muy amable, el edificio super seguro. Nos encantó, nos sentimos cómodos, 100% recomendable.
