Neighborhood Located within walking distance of Uptown Sedona, this home places you close to local restaurants, shops, art galleries, and trail access while still offering a sense of privacy and calm. Many of Sedona’s most popular attractions and hiking spots are just minutes away by car. Guest Access Guests have full access to the upstairs unit of the home, including all indoor spaces and outdoor decks. Guests do not have access to downstairs studio, downstairs deck or downstairs hot tub. Please reach out if you would like to reserve the downstairs unit as well. There is a garage but it is not available for use. Guests may park in the driveway that accommodates two vehicles. Listing Notes Owner won't be available on site but is quick to respond to guests requests or questions through the app Quiet residential end of cul-de-sac. Walking distance to Uptown (about 2 blocks) and all the great local shops. Just walk down the hill to get to the entrance of Main/Uptown shops (and up the hill to come back for a great leg work out with views!). Most people drive, but if you bring bikes you can get around too. And again walking distance to Uptown (shops, food, local stores, souvenirs, etc..).
